Writing Prompt

If the opportunity for me to travel anywhere in the world had appeared I would go to Rome. Rome being the center for one of the world's most successful empires, and currently containing the capital for the catholic faith. Having the opportunity to travel there, and experience the origin of western civilization, as well as its history is amazing. Walking down streets everywhere not knowing what piece of history you'll see next. Getting the chance to see the Vatican, and even the pope. The Vatican would just be a bonus while visiting Rome. If the opportunity for me to travel anywhere in the world had arisen I would choose Rome.
